Electro Forged Grating And Accessories can be defined as a series of metal bars positioned vertically, placed an equal distance apart and joined by cross members by passing high pressure electric current to form a rectangular pattern. EFG gratings are typically manufactured from mild carbon steel and can be supplied in hot dip galvanized finish. In this process, the sqaure twisted rods (Cross Members) are fused into the main load bearing members at using a special welding machine at very high current and tonnage. Grid Type Fencing

Cell Com has developed a robust and modular fencing solution using electro forged grating. Constituent members (flats/ twisted bars) cannot be cut by ordinary cutters unless torch cutting is done. This improves safety. Widely used as a replacement for chain link type modular fencing applications.
